About Me

                  Dr. Leah Robbins

I became a therapist because I am an empath, and I feel the pain of those around me.  I have always been drawn to alleviating their pain.  My lifelong journey has been to enhance my natural healing abilities by continuing to learn new ways of helping others.  This includes visiting sacred energy vortexes around the world, experiencing and assisting with healing retreats (Sedona, Mendocino Coast, Hawaii, Machu Picchu, Cuzco, Sacred Valley of the Incas, Lake Titicaca, Chichen Itza, Teotihuacan, Foco Tonal, Avebury, Stonehenge and Greece).  My personal and professional experience with healing from trauma and loss means that in addition to knowing what it takes to get through it, I know how it feels to move through the darkness and feel the light again.  My intuitive and compassionate nature provide me the gifts to not only see people’s obstacles and wounds, but to see their fullest potential.  My analytical skills and experience help illuminate the path for people to become the best versions of themselves.

My clients feel connected to my heart and trust in my ability to help them feel strong, joyous and whole again.

Using my heart to make a difference in people’s lives has always been my life’s purpose.  In addition to helping people grow and heal, I enjoy giving back to my community through volunteering with nonprofits.  My volunteer experience over the years has included assisting with planning, fundraising, promoting and being part of a team that put on fundraising events with an organization called Feeding the Soul Foundation that supports various local charities. I have been honored to touch the hearts of those in their darkest hour, by providing therapy to victims of violent crimes through an agency called CalCVB.

Living a healthy life is a choice.  It is a commitment to love and value yourself, to be kind and forgiving with yourself, and to let light into your heart.  It is recognizing that we never stop growing and learning, and it is never too late to turn your life around and get back to your true self.

My HEART program can guide you from having PTSD to being reborn into your wisdom and power from your experience. Experience self-awareness, transformation, breaking unhealthy patterns, and reaching your highest potential.
